RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us at customerservice@kbarketti.com

Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns of FINAL SALE merchandise will not be accepted.  A 20% restocking fee will apply to all merchandise returned.

Before returning any items contact us through email.  Our trained staff will provide you with a return authorization number.  Which must be noted on the outside of the return parcel you ship to us.  To expedite returns or exchanges and ensure your satisfaction we are unable to accept unauthorized returns.  All returns without a return authorization number will be refused.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, customs and duty charges for returning all items to Kbarketti.com.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

To return an item purchased at KBarketti.com.  Securely pack and seal the return merchandise with purchase invoice including reason for return and ensure shipment in an appropriate shipping box. For tracking your return, we recommend that you take note of the return tracking number from the shipping courier used.  We recommend you purchase shipping insurance when returning all purchases to KBarketti.com, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All merchandise must be in its original condition, new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached. Footwear returns must be unworn and include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, K. Barketti reserves the right to deny refund if the items do not meet our return policy requirements or issue refunds in the form of merchandise credit.

Once your return package has been received by KBarketti.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two to four weeks. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. If you return a purchase made with a combination of a gift card and PayPal, you will receive your entire return amount on a new gift card, which will be mailed to you upon receipt of your return.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

If you return more than one item, each item returned will be refunded to the original form of payment as an individual transaction. If a return is outside the timeframe, or does not meet the return requirements, it may be returned for K. Barketti Merchandise Credit only.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at K. Barketti.com.

K. Barketti reserves the right to change this Returns and Exchanges policy at any time.

Note:  K. BARKETTI items purchased at K. BARKETTI retail stores, or any other store selling K. BARKETTI merchandise may not be returned to K. BARKETTI.com. Similarly, items purchased from K.Barketti.com cannot be returned to boutique locations.
